How much does a barrel hold?
A 75-gallon barrel is 21" x 21", 42" deep and can hold up to 14 cubic feet. If it's too large to fit in the barrel, we'll simply ship it alongside. If your barrel is overflowing, no worries, we can pack you a box up to 2.5 cubic feet to ship with your barrel.

How much time do I have to complete my online shopping?
You should complete all of your online shopping the week BEFORE your scheduled receiving window begins! Please check the shipping policy with your online retailers and stay in touch with The Barrel Lady for best practices. She can provide you with tips and tricks.

How long does it take to consolidate and pack my barrel?
As each parcel is received, the consolidation process begins and continues for three weeks. Your barrel will be packed in the second half of week three, on Wednesday and/or Thursday.

When will my barrel arrive?
Your barrel lands seven days after it sails from Miami. It takes 5-7 business days for your barrel to unstuffed and ready to be cleared during regular season. Expect 10 business days in peak season.

What if my credit card isn't accepted on US-retail websites?
We will happily complete your purchases for you on any US-based website that does not accept international credit cards. Our charges for online or in-store shopping are outlined in our Services & Prices.

Barrel Benefits only provides box consolidation for barrel overflow. We suggest you partner with a family member to share a barrel and use all the space available.
